Discipleship 1

Belief in Jesus brings with it a call to follow Him throughout life – a call to be His disciple.  At Grace we not only want to see people come to know Jesus as Savior but to see them become fully devoted followers.  This ministry teams you with a mentor who will take you through a series of lessons designed to help believers become rooted and grounded in their faith.  Discipleship helps you become more familiar with the foundational doctrines of God’s word.  As you meet to discuss the various lessons you and your mentor will encourage one another in your faith.  This discipleship ministry is a great way to grow your faith and get more connected at Grace.

In order to be eligible to take Discipleship 1 at Grace you must...

 1. Have completed Cost of Discipleship

Foundations 2 and 3

Foundations 2 and 3 build on the  principles learned during Discipleship 1.  In a classroom setting of Foundations 2 and 3  you will explore the deeper things of God’s word.  You will receive the practical tools which enable you to study God’s word for yourself.  The Foundations 2 and 3 classes are offered through LFBI.  These classes are taught by Brad Nelson here at Grace.  These classes are offered once a year in rotation.  Please consult the church calendar for the next opportunity to participate in the Foundation 2 or 3 class.

In order to be eligible to take Foundations 2 or 3  at Grace you must…

  1.  Have completed Cost of Discipleship

  2.  Have completed Discipleship 1

  3.  Be a member of Grace Baptist Church
